A treatment

Massage is not only relaxing and soothing, but also a way to prevent problems such as tension in the shoulders, neck or back. Please let me know if you already have these kinds of problems so we can start by determining how to plan your treatment.

Before I begin massaging, I might look, feel and perhaps strength the muscles that may be related to any inconvenience.

The treatment ends with that you may drink water to facilitate the cleansing of the waste products released during the massage.

Tips on simple stretching exercises can be given on request. These include how to best stretch to avoid stiffness and to prevent muscle tension.
